Creating eye-catching galleries in WordPress is easy and simple. All you need to download is a simple plugin, LightBox 2. With the help of WordPress’ built in gallery creator, doing this is a breeze.

First we are going to log onto our WordPress blog and install LightBox. Just head over to the plugin panel and “add new”. Install LightBox 2 and go to the setting page to customize it. Clicking both checkboxes and setting the theme to black are the ideal settings.

Adding a gallery to WordPress is simple and easy. First upload at least three images to the post. Once they are uploaded click save. Head over to the “Gallery” pane. On this page we can customize our gallery and insert it into the post. The settings and order of the pictures is up to you. Once you are done just click “Insert Gallery”.
