Apple just released iOS 4.1 for iPhone and iPod Touch. Plug in your iDevice and start downloading!

Today at Apples September iPod Event, Steve Jobs previewed iOS 4.1. And it comes with many new fixes and plenty of new features. Due to launch next week, iOS 4.1 fixes the following:

Apple recently announced to its iOS devs that the frequency of payments has increased. Compared to before when you had to wait until each region surpasses the threshold, now Apple pays in one lump sum.

Apple today confirmed that on September 1st, they will be holding a special Media Event for reporters, bloggers, and analysts. Analysts expect Apple to showcase a new iPod Touch with dual cameras in time for the holidays. And a possibly a new Apple TV and iTunes 10.

John Gruber of Daring Fireball, says that Apples Mac line will see a refresh tomorrow. The refresh will introduce a new Mac Pro, a new iMacs and even a Cinema Display with the same physical display as the 27-inch iMac. He also says that a Trackpad could also come along with this refresh.
